For all new customers: your first booking can be made via the website or directly through the app. Choose your car class, location, and rental period. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.

After making your first booking, download the Enterprise GO app (if you booked via the app, you still need to verify your profile).
Register in the app using the same email address you used for booking.
Follow the in-app instructions to verify your profile and upload your driver information (e.g., driver’s license).

When your rental period begins:
Open the app and go to “Start Rental”.
Your digital key will be activated – you can unlock the car and drive off immediately.

At the end of your rental:
Return the vehicle at the designated Enterprise GO station.
Open the return option in the app.
Lock the car and confirm the return digitally.
