How does the vehicle service work at Enterprise Minilease?

At Enterprise Minilease, you always receive the latest vehicle models as our contracts with suppliers typically last six to eight months. If maintenance intervals are necessary due to accrued mileage, we offer a complimentary vehicle exchange or can recommend a service partner.

Before proceeding with the maintenance, kindly send us the cost estimate to maintenance@enterprise.ch. The service interval will only be covered by us if we have approved the cost estimate.

Please note that the costs for a replacement vehicle at a partner workshop will not be covered by us. If you choose to have maintenance done at a workshop, kindly inquire about the expected duration to plan alternative transportation. With a complimentary vehicle exchange from us, you keep the new vehicle directly, stay mobile, and are not tied to additional appointments.
