Arrival / Return Directions Basel Airport 

To pick up your vehicle with Alamo / Enterprise / National, please remain on the Swiss side of the airport and follow the signs “Car Rental / Location de voitures / Mietwagen” after arriving at EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg. These signs will guide you to the Car Rental area inside the terminal.

At the end of your rental, the vehicle must be returned on the Swiss side of EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg. Please carefully follow the signs “Car Rental / Voitures de location / Mietwagen” indicating the Swiss sector, which will guide you to the correct return area for Alamo / Enterprise / National. Vehicles must be returned on the Swiss side of the airport.

If the vehicle is returned to the French side, repatriation costs for transferring the vehicle back to the Swiss side will be charged to the renter. Customers are advised to ensure they follow Swiss‑side signage when approaching the airport to avoid additional charges.
