Arrival / Return Directions Geneva Airport 

To pick up your vehicle with Alamo / Enterprise / National, please remain on the Swiss side of the airport and follow the signs “Car Rental / Location de voitures”, which will direct you to the Car Rental area inside the airport terminal.

After completing the rental paperwork and receiving your contract, please exit the building and take the free rental car shuttle to the P51 car park. Once there, proceed to the assigned car.

At the end of your rental, please follow the signs “P51 Car Rental / Voitures de location” as you approach the airport. These signs will guide you directly to the designated return area for Alamo / Enterprise / National. Vehicles must be returned on the Swiss side of the airport.

If the vehicle is returned to the French side, repatriation costs for transferring the vehicle back to the Swiss side will be charged to the renter. Customers are advised to ensure they follow Swiss‑side signage when approaching the airport to avoid additional charges.
