Damage Waiver (CDW/TP)

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDWTP) is an optional coverage that reduces the liability of the renter in the event of theft, attempted theft or damage to the bodywork of the vehicle, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. If CDWTP is not included in the reservation, the renter has full liability for the vehicle. CDWTP is available for purchase if not included in the booking. If included in the reservation, the excess amount ranges between 1500 CHF and 3000 CHF (excl. VAT) depending on car class. Excess will be charged per each damage event or if the vehicle is stolen. Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection is not an insurance.
