Renter Requirements

When picking up the vehicle, renters must present a valid driver’s license, a valid identity card or passport, and a credit or debit card in the name of the primary driver. All documents must be presented physically, as originals and valid; copies or digital versions are not accepted. Verification of these documents is mandatory before the rental vehicle can be handed over.

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years. Renters between 21 and 24 years old may rent vehicles in the subcompact, standard, 5-seater minivan, small or medium SUV, and van categories, with a young driver fee applied. Renters over 25 years old can access all vehicle categories without any young driver surcharge.
