Special cleaning

A standard cleaning (exterior dirt and light interior soiling) is included in the rental price.

A special cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned in a condition beyond normal use. This includes, for example:

• Heavy interior dirt
• Unpleasant odors
• Pet hair
• Hard-to-remove substances (e.g., food residues)
• Smoking in the vehicle – smoking is prohibited and will always result in a special cleaning fee
• etc.

To avoid additional charges, please return the vehicle in a clean condition. Avoid eating and drinking in the vehicle where possible, and clean up any dirt during the rental period. If the car is still heavily soiled upon return, we recommend cleaning it yourself or using a professional cleaning service beforehand.
