Competition Terms and Conditions

By participating in the competition, participants agree that Helvetic Motion AG may collect, store and process their personal data in connection with their participation. The data is processed by Helvetic Motion AG. Helvetic Motion AG is entitled to use participants’ contact details for the purpose of conducting the competition and, where this is in its business interests, for marketing purposes.

Competition start: 1 October 2026
Competition closing date: 30 November 2026

Eligibility
The competition is open to persons residing in Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older.

How to enter
Entry is free of charge and requires the following steps:

Prizes
The following prizes will be drawn:

  • 2 × 1 weekend with an Enterprise GO car: Includes a weekend rental (Friday to Sunday) of a vehicle from the highest available vehicle class at an Enterprise GO location of the winner’s choice. The prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2027. The “Basic Package” protection plan (including an excess of CHF 1,500 per damage event) is included. Any fuel costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
  • 6 × 1 SBB 1st-class Day Pass, each combined with 20% off Enterprise GO: The SBB Day Passes are valid for one year from the date of issue. The 20% discount code can be redeemed in the Enterprise GO app until 30 June 2027.

Additional terms

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Cash payment of prizes is excluded.
  • The SBB Day Passes may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
  • The winners will be selected at random after the competition has ended.
  • Winners will be contacted by direct message and must respond within 3 days. If no response is received, the prize will be awarded to another participant.
  • SBB is not the organizer of this competition and is not involved in its administration.
  • Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
