Terms and Conditions of Participation

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that personal data will be collected, stored, and processed by Helvetic Motion AG in connection with the competition. Data processing is carried out by Helvetic Motion AG. The company is entitled to use participants’ contact details for the purpose of running the competition and – if in the business interest of Helvetic Motion AG – for marketing purposes.

Start of participation: 01 June 2026
End of participation: 05 July 2026

Eligibility
Eligible to participate are persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.

Participation in the competition
Participants enter the competition by completing at least one of the following actions. Points are cumulative; the higher the total score, the higher the chances of winning.

Additional terms

The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged.
Cash payment is excluded.
Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
Winners will be selected after the competition ends, either randomly or based on the highest point total.
Winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 3 days. If no response is received, the prize will be reallocated.
The Gurtenfestival is not the organiser of this competition and is not affiliated with its execution.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
