Pick-up after opening hours

A vehicle can be picked up at our stations at airports after our official opening hours for delayed flights. To do this, the flight number must be stated in the reservation so that one of our colleagues in the office can wait for the aircraft to arrive. Once the aircraft has arrived, our colleagues will wait a maximum of 30 minutes.
