After Hours Service

Pick up after opening hours:

A vehicle can be collected at our airport stations after our official opening hours in case of a delayed flight. A valid flight number must be provided in the reservation so that one of our staff members can wait for the flight’s arrival. Once the aircraft has landed, our staff will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. Please note that if the flight arrives after our opening hours, an after-hours fee of CHF 50 (excl. taxes) will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay.

Return after opening hours:

Park the car in the rental return area. Keys must be deposited exclusively in the secure key drop box. Under no circumstances should keys be handed to any individual. The vehicle remains the renter’s responsibility until it has been officially checked in by an Enterprise employee on the next business day.
