My reservation was canceled ?
If your reservation shows the status "Canceled" without you having initiated it, this is often due to an interruption in the booking process.
This can happen if:
- The verification has not occurred or has failed.
- The payment was not made 24 hours before the rental starts.
- A payment has failed.
