What should I do if the service light comes on during my rental?

If the service light comes on, you can usually continue driving for another 1,000 to 1,500 km without any risk. You can check this on the onboard computer.

For AdBlue, tyre pressure or oil, you don't need to visit a station. You can check and top these up at any petrol station. Please send us the receipt afterwards so we can refund the amount.

Report the warning light to us:

  • Not urgent: Create a ticket. Describe which light is on and attach a photo if possible.
  • Urgent, for example before a longer trip or if you are unsure whether you can keep driving: call us at +41 58 122 04 80.
