Your protection packages: Essential and Carefree

With Enterprise GO, you can choose between two protection packages.

Essential (included in the rental price)

  • Deductible: CHF 1,500 per incident
  • Vehicle damage: Protection against damage to the rental vehicle, its parts and accessories, regardless of fault
  • Theft: Protection if the vehicle is stolen
  • 24/7 roadside assistance: Help around the clock in case of breakdowns and accidents

Ideal for anyone who is willing to bear part of the risk and wants to keep rental costs low.

Carefree (optional, recommended)

  • Deductible: CHF 0
  • Vehicle damage: Protection against damage to the rental vehicle, its parts and accessories, regardless of fault
  • Theft: Protection if the vehicle is stolen
  • 24/7 roadside assistance: Help around the clock in case of breakdowns and accidents
  • Parking damage: Protection against damage that occurs while the vehicle is parked

Ideal for anyone who wants to travel without unexpected costs.

Good to know

  • The protection applies provided you use the vehicle in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
  • Before booking, check whether your private insurance covers damage, theft, administration fees and loss of value. If you do not book Carefree, you bear the costs up to the deductible yourself and can claim a refund from your insurance.
  • The protection packages are not insurance policies but a contractual liability waiver.
