Payment methods are contingent on your business rental account setup and the country of rental. We collaborate with your company to ascertain the most suitable payment approach and implement it as agreed upon.
Who should I contact for invoice-related inquiries?
To address invoice questions, you can reach out to the branch where you rented the vehicle, your dedicated account manager, or utilize our specialized business support teams in each country. These contact details are provided in the welcome documentation upon joining us.
Whom should I reach out to for confirmation of my account number?
Upon account activation, eligible accounts will receive their account particulars. We'll subsequently provide secure, password-protected booking methods for car rentals on your account.
What if a vehicle experiences a breakdown or puncture?
Emergency Road Assistance is available globally. The relevant contact details will be furnished by the rental branch. While roadside assistance is included in the rental for mechanical breakdowns, it doesn't cover driver negligence or intentional misconduct, which may incur additional fees.
Must business drivers sign for the vehicle?

Drivers are typically required to sign the rental agreement. Exceptions include instances where a delivery & collection service is arranged or if the driver is an Emerald Club member with a Master Rental Agreement at participating locations.

Are my employees insured when using rental vehicles for business purposes?

Some accounts opt for their own insurance, as agreed in the contract terms. Coverage varies based on your corporate account agreement, generally encompassing liability and collision damage waiver. Certain usage and age limitations may apply.

Is there a mileage restriction?
Mileage limits, if any, will be discussed with your account manager during setup and priced accordingly.
Can vehicles be rented one-way?
One-way rentals are permitted, though associated costs may apply depending on your corporate account agreement.
Can additional drivers be added?
Enterprise allow extra drivers (subject to age/car class restrictions), potentially with added costs as per your corporate account terms.
