I cannot open the vehicle or start the engine. What can I do?
Please check the following steps before contacting us:
Vehicle cannot be opened
Make sure your rental is already active – the vehicle can only be unlocked up to 1 hour before the rental start time. Also check that you have a stable internet connection. Fully close the app (swipe it away) and reopen it, then try to unlock the vehicle again.
Engine will not start ("Key card not detected")
Tap the «?» button in the app and follow the engine diagnostic instructions. Exit the vehicle completely and make sure all doors are closed. Then try starting the engine again – all doors must remain closed. If you are driving a Renault: press and hold the brake pedal and the start button simultaneously for 4–5 seconds.
