What categories and vehicle classes are there?

When you book an Enterprise Minilease vehicle, you get access to a variety of vehicles of different makes and models that fall into your chosen vehicle class.

These classes include URBAN, KOMBI or SUV & VAN and allow you to choose a vehicle that best suits your needs and requirements. You have the option to choose between automatic and manual transmission, depending on which type of vehicle you prefer.

Enterprise Minilease gives you the flexibility to choose a vehicle that suits your needs without committing to a specific model or make.

How does the delivery and return of the vehicle work?

We are delighted that you would like to drive with Enterprise Minilease! To ensure that your vehicle is cleaned, checked and fully fuelled, we charge a one-off delivery fee of CHF 95. This price includes the delivery fee and covers free delivery throughout Switzerland. You don't have to worry about transport and can sit back and relax while our delivery service takes care of your delivery.

We will also be happy to collect your order from the address of your choice. This also costs CHF 95 for the whole of Switzerland.

Alternatively, you can also return your vehicle to our location at Genferstrasse 36 in 8002 Zurich. There are no collection costs for this.

What insurance is included?
Every Enterprise Minilease subscription includes fully comprehensive insurance, which is included in your monthly fee.
 
However, it is possible to reduce or even cancel the excess by taking out additional insurance. The excess is the amount that the customer has to pay in the event of a claim.
 
It is also possible to purchase a reduction or cancellation of the deductible for a fee, if desired.
How is payment made and is there a deposit?
The deposit is a security deposit for the hire car.
 
We provide you with a hire car whose value exceeds the booking price many times over.
At the time of rental, the deposit amount is blocked on your credit card and automatically released after the rental has been settled. It will only be charged in the event of actual damage.
Is it possible to add a second driver?
With Enterprise Minilease, an additional driver is always included in the rental, provided he lives in the same household.
 
In order to include the 2nd driver in the rental contract, we ask for all relevant data such as ID/passport and driving licence when renting. This information is necessary in order to adapt the rental contract accordingly.
 
After inclusion in the rental agreement, the second driver may also drive the vehicle without the main hirer, subject to compliance with the agreed terms of use;
