When and how can I pay for my rental?

As soon as you’ve made a reservation, you can easily pay the rental fee through the Enterprise GO app. Simply select your booking, and the payment option will appear.

Payment after booking in the app

After completing your reservation, you must make the payment within 20 minutes directly in the Enterprise GO app. You’ll find the payment option on the home screen or under “Upcoming”.
Important: If payment is not made within this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and must be booked again.

If you booked through the website

Please complete your booking promptly in the Enterprise GO app.
Simply follow the steps provided in the instructions in the email you received right after booking – including verification and payment.
Payment must be completed no later than 24 hours before the rental                                                  begins, otherwise the reservation will expire and must also be booked                                                again.

                                Changes and cancellations

                                    A free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the rental begins.
